Story Plot:
The story, set over a day in Wayanad, opens with warnings of and police searches for Maoists who are supposedly hiding in the forest region. The daughter of a small-time farmer, Mercy, played by Rajisha Vijayan, is quite frustrated by her parents, a drunken father and a mother who indulges him, and the fact that they haven’t been able to provide much for her.
